2. All domestic's orders $400 and over in value require a signature for delivery.

3.  LAST SEASON WIGS ARE FINAL SALE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES 
4. We are not responsible for  Lost, or Delayed deliveries due to any mail carriers. International or Domestic.

 Exchange & Return Policy.

Here at KnappyHairExtensions, we pride ourselves on making sure that all customers have the opportunity to match their hair to gain a deeper understanding of their hair. Please read this information carefully in its entirety as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

 

KnappyHairExtensions highly recommends entrance into the “Kommunity” with a Texture Match Kit.  However, customers who DECLINE the opportunity to start with a Texture Match Kit with their first purchase, are only eligible for a 1-time exchange with the required purchase of a Texture Match Kit at $49.99. 



  • Exchange Policy without the purchase of Texture Match Kit

    Customers are required to complete exchange requests within 15 business days of the delivery receipt in order to qualify for an exchange. Any exchange requests not received within 15 days of the delivery receipt will be disqualified. The product must be sent back in the original condition (resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from KnappyHairExtensions, meaning it cannot be the following:

     

     

           Relaxed

    • Permed
    • Colored
    • Lifted
    • Cellophane/Rinsed
    • Cut
    • Removing the hair from the weft/clips 
    • Adding Weft Sealant to the wefts/clips

     

    Otherwise processing the hair or altering it in any way, VOIDS this policy.  

     

    To initiate an exchange, please emailcustomercare@krshairgroup.com, with your first name, last name, email, and order number. Once the Texture Match Kit is purchased and delivered, please return the original product in the envelope the texture match kit was delivered in. After the product is received and determined to be in a resell-able form, the exchange request will be processed and an exchange confirmation receipt would be emailed to youwithin 48 business hours. 

     

     Emailcustomercare@krshairgroup.com with the correct texture you would likewithin 7 business days

     Your exchange will be shippedwithin 5 additional business days. 

     

    If the customer selects a product in exchange for greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. *Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. 

     

    For your protection, KnappyHairExtensions will provide a prepaid return label via email. Please use the envelope the Texture Match Kit arrived in for product exchange. 

     

     In the event, an item is sent to us without initiating an exchange request,  that package will be shipped back to its return address. 

     

  • Exchange Policy with the purchase of a Texture Match Kit

    We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. For any products received defective, or for any exchange requests,  please contact customer service atcustomercare@krshairgroup.com andinclude in your email your first name, last name, email, and order number to initiate your exchange along with the desired product you are requesting. 

     

    For your protection, KnappyHairExtensions will provide a prepaid return label via email to be shipped back to our office. It isHIGHLY SUGGESTED, to use the envelope the product arrived in for product exchange. Once the product is received and determined to be in a resell-able form, the exchange request will be processed and an exchange confirmation receipt would be emailed to youwithin 48 business hours. Please allow 5 additional business days to receive your tracking information from the date of the confirmation receipt email. *Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. 

     

    In the event that the product that you have requested is “Out of Stock,” a similar product will be offered to you or you will have the option to be added to our waiting list.

     

    KnappyHairExtensions will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer. 

    Although no refunds are permitted, we will address the quality issue at once, this includes the exchange of a different hair length or product. 

     

    A Customer Service Representative will provide the customer with instructions for the return of ALL of the products in question. Please note, the product must be sent back in the original condition (resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from KnappyHairExtensions, meaning it cannot be the following: 

    • Relaxed
    • Permed
    • Colored
    • Lifted
    • Cellophane/Rinsed
    • Cut
    • Removing the hair from the weft/clips 
    • Adding Weft Sealant to the wefts/clips

     

    Otherwise processing the hair or altering it in any way, VOIDS this policy.  

     

    If KnappyHairExtensions verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, KnappyHairExtensions will replace the item free of charge. If the customer selects a product in exchange for greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. 

     

    PURCHASES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE and SALE ITEMS! No exchanges or returns will be accepted. 

     

  • HAIR MAINTENANCE TIPS:
  • Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by following the hair care regimen card provided in each order. 

     

  • CUSTOM ORDERS
  • All Custom orders are final. However, customers are allowed a 1-time exchange on any custom orders for store credit only if the product is deemed defective by KnappyHairExtensions. This store credit can be applied to future custom orders or in-stock products. For exchange requests on custom orders, please email customercare@krshairgroup.com, andinclude in your email your first name, last name, email, and order number to initiate your exchange request. 



    Please note, KnappyHairExtensions reserves the right to refuse service.
