At KnappyHair the health  and wellbeing of our staff & customers is our top priority. 
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily suspending refunds and exchanges on all KnappyHair products. 

 

1.  ALL orders must be shipped to the billing address of record associated with the credit or debit card. * No Exceptions* 

 

2. All domestic's orders $250 and over in value require a signature for delivery.

* No Exceptions*  

 

3. We cannot process international order until further notice.

 

4. We are not responsible for  Lost, or Delayed deliveries due to any mail carriers. International or Domestic.
