At KnappyHair the health  and wellbeing of our staff & customers is our top priority. 
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily suspending refunds and exchanges on all KnappyHair products. 

 

1. All New orders must receive a Free TextureMatch prior to delivery of Clip ins, Wefts, Or Wigs. If you decide to forgo the TextureMatch, You will not be allowed to return or exchange the item for any reason including if you determine the type of hair extensions you purchased do not match your hair for any reason.  

 

2.  ALL orders must be shipped to the billing address of record associated with the credit or debit card. * No Exceptions* 

 

3. All domestic's orders $250 and over in value require a signature for delivery.

* No Exceptions*  

 

4. All LAST SEASON WIGS ARE FINAL SALE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES 

 

5. We are not responsible for  Lost, or Delayed deliveries due to any mail carriers. International or Domestic.
