Shipping and Returns

Free shipping on all US orders. Yes, we do ship internationally (see below). 

Orders will typically ship within 24 hours Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays (this does not apply to preorders).

NOTE: Tracking information is automatically emailed to you when your order has been shipped and is on its way to you. 

For US orders, we exclusively use USPS. Delivery is estimated at 2-3 business days. Factors such as weather, holidays, and other events are beyond our control and may delay your order.


All international orders must go through customs. Customs policies and procedures vary per country. It is YOUR responsibility to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package. We will NOT mark packages as ‘gifts,’ so please do not request. 
All international sales are final: No refunds, no exchanges.


You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not be opened and in the same condition you received it. 

You must contact us via the contact page, or the chat box to initiate the return process and provide a tracking number.

Your item must be in the original packaging and unopened 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase 



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you within two business days on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within the amount of days defined by your card issuer’s policies.

 We will subtract our $10 shipping fee from your refund. 

If your item has been opened we deduct 15% of the sales price, plus  $10 for shipping fee. 



We are not responsible for shipping cost on returned items.
