Consultation Fee
All custom orders begin with a $99 VIP consultation fee, in which 50% of the consultation fee is applied toward your future order and allows us to keep all measurements for all future purchases.
The consultation fee holds your appointment, in which we will take your measurements, discuss your vision in further detail, review your hair type, and go over the preliminary details of the contract for your custom hairpiece order.
*Please note that the $99 VIP consultation fee is due immediately to confirm your appointment.
Payment Schedule
Before starting on your custom order, a deposit of 50% of the total purchase is required. The remaining balance is due once the wig has been produced.
Rescheduling/Cancellations
Here at KnappyHair Extensions we only allow a 15- minute grace period before your appointment is canceled and rescheduled. For all custom order appointments, we require that you notify us 24-hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time. If you have to cancel or reschedule to prevent being charged an additional fee of $49.99. However, if you are unable to make your appointment and there is no cancellation notice sent for your scheduled VIP consultation, there is a required 3-month waiting period to reschedule your appointment, and you will be charged a booking fee of $49.99.
Refund / Cancellation Process
Due to the custom development of human hair wigs, KnappyHair Extensions cannot accept returns or cancellations orders. However, each customer has the opportunity to do a 1-time exchange for a hair unit with your specific measurements. We are committed to making this a wonderful experience for you.
