Not So Knappy Clip-Ins

Our extensions attach to your hair with small silicone-coated metal clips that snap when secured. Each clip has elastic bands under the claws for grip and protection. Our clip-ins are easy to install without causing damage to your real hair.  

Knappy Hair endures a special mechanical process to add the texture that looks and feels just like your own. You can wash, condition, color, blow-dry, press and flat-iron, just as you would your real hair.

Your hair comes freshly cleansed. Before wearing, apply the included weft sealer to each weft. Allow to dry 5 minutes, before installing.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We send all merchandise as packages. This makes it possible to track them in case of problems. During shipment the package is insured, and we kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival, please report it to USPS/FedEx immediately. Our products are made and packaged with love and care. We are not responsible for merchandise that is damaged during the shipping process.

We can’t wait to see you in our hair! We strive for a quick delivery. In connection with the sale, public holidays and new collections may require a longer delivery time. Should there be unreasonable delays with USPS or FedEx, we can not be held liable.

SHIPPING Internationally
We love sending packages across the world! We ship internationally via Priority Mail. Please note that as soon as your package leaves the United States, we no longer have access to tracking information. Your shipping fee covers shipping and handling but does not cover import duty and taxes for your country.

ORDER CHANGES
We are not able to make changes to your order after it has been completed and shipped. So please make sure that you are happy with your choices. We want you to love it!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If you receive your order and are not 100% satisfied with the quality, return the item no questions asked!
