It depends on the look you seek. If you have chemically treated hair either relaxed or permed, choose any texture type. You can use heat tools to straighten the hair to match your hair perfectly.

Depending on your look the textures go from less kinky curly to more, as follows.

  • Not So Knappy (less)- Our least Kinky set, the most versatile for any black woman.
  • Knatural Coarse (medium)- Our medium hair texture perfect for a woman with type 3-4a hair.
  • Kinky Coarse (more)- Looking for a style with less heat? These are the extensions for you. Perfect for that blow out look.

Yes, the hair is 100% human hair. You can color it, you can use heating tools to style it. Treat it like it is your own hair.

As soon as you get your clip-ins, follow these steps!

  1. Remove bubble wrap from bottle of Weft Sealer.
  2. Apply Weft Sealer to the back of the clip-in weft(s).
    • Note: The weft sealer dries within minutes.
    • Note: Two extra clips are included with each order.
    • Wash your clip-ins with moisturizing shampoo and conditioner just as your would your real hair.
    • Blow dry hair straight. Use heat styling techniques such as flat iron, pressing comb, curling iron, etc. This will ensure better results for blending your natural hair with the clip ins.

    Our payment processing is set up to make the checkout secure and safe, as possible. Things to double check if you are having issues.

    1. Your shipping address needs to be the same as the billing address, no exceptions.
    2. Your zip code must match the billing address
    3. Is your security code correct (The three digit code on the back of the card)
    4. Is the card yours? If not you need to ship to the card owners address and name.


    Note: If you have just moved. It can take a few days for your bank records to reflect this

    Due to the fact that these hair extensions are amazing, we run out quickly. The best thing to do is sign up for the Notify Me tab on the product you are interested in. Our restock updates can be found on our Restock page in the navigation.

    All orders take 24 hours to process.

    US Orders: US orders ship USPS and arrive in 2-3 business days.

    International Orders: All International orders are shipped Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We use DHL, and it takes 3 business days. Customs policies and procedures vary per country. It is YOUR responsibility to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package. We will NOT mark packages as ‘gifts,’ so please do not request.

    All international sales are final: NO refunds, no exchanges.

    The glam sets are made using 7 ounces of hair for a fuller look. They come in size 18-24 inches, and come in 10 pieces per section.

    The full sets come in sizes 12-20 inches. They have 4.9 to 5.5 ounces of hair, and come in 8/9 pieces per set.

    We use the highest quality hair to make our clip ins. They can last anywhere from 3 months to over a year. Make sure you take care of them and treat them like your real hair. If you do they will last for a longer time.

    Returns

    You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must not be opened and in the same condition you received it. You must contact us via the chat window, or contact us page to initiate the return process and provide a tracking number. If we are not notified you return will not be accepted.

    Your item must be in the original packaging and unopened. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

    NO EXCHANGES

    Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you within two business days on the status of your refund, after inspecting the item.

    If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within the amount of days defined by your cards issuer’s policies.

    We will subtract our $10 shipping fee from your refund.

    If your item has been opened we deduct 15% of the sales price, plus $10 for shipping fee.
